A year after the launch of our EU office we are making major adjustments to our card submission system.

These adjustments are based on the most received customer suggestions and introduce much desired services, products and functionalities on a platform tailored to the EU trade zone and its special rules and regulations.

While the quality of our services and the company providing it and the wider network of partners representing the brand remain exactly the same, the way to choose, submit and track orders will be new. Some notable changes are listed below.

- Providing complete card information during the submission step is now optional and still encouraged, but not mandatory any longer.
- Providing card information is not based on a predefined catalogue any more. This allows for all cards to be submitted as early as (pre)release day.
- Slab type and card orientation are now directly selectable during the submission process.
- Cards can be submitted individually, as before, or as a stack. When submitting cards as a stack no individual card information is required.
- Services with the same turnaround time can now easily be combined in one order, e.g. Reslab, Standard Grading and Authentication.
- A dedictaed accessoires category has been added. The much requested outer sleeves are now available as a separate product. Same goes for the deckbox.
- Accesssoires orders can be combined with any service no matter the turnaround time or ordered individually.
- New visuals allow for improved product pictures and information.
- Fully multilingual store-to-user communication, including cart and checkout. More languages to come in Q4 2024 and Q1 2025!
- GLS as a new shipping option for the EU, providing higher insurance at a lower shipping rate than before. Hot tip!
- More flexibility to run specials.
- Graduated pricing has been introduced to better reflect the effects of orders with multiple cards.
- A dedicated section to showcase our partner store network will be added late Q4 2024.
- At least for the time being the new customer backend will not show detailed station information any more. The functionality to reveal grades before receiving could not be transfered either. Sorry on both accounts!

The new site (premiercardgrading.de) will be the standard inlet for submissions from now on. Orders placed through the old site (premiercardgrading.eu) be migrated to the new site. Customers with acttive submissions will receive an email with new login information.

While the new site is fully loaded and functional some information is still being migrated, such as the tipps, how-to and signature database content. Please bear with us a bit longer on these infos. Also, all existing vouchers will be transfered and available soon.

As much as we will miss the old site we believe that the advantages of the new system are well worth the switch. Please feel free to let us know your feedback and tell us if you feel the same way!
